## About

Augustīnes Dārzs is a renovated residential complex at Alauksta iela 7, Grīziņkalns, Rīga. The project was designed by architectural studio Sampling and completed in 2024. It combines a historic Art Nouveau building (designed by architect Aleksandrs Vanags in 1907) with adaptively reused former workshop buildings, creating a unified courtyard ensemble.

Winner of the Latvian Architecture Annual Award 2025.
